  • You appear with your own logo and company page. The guest knows who they are dealing with.
  • Even if your subscription ends, your tours are not deleted — only moved to drafts. Come back whenever you like.

Frequently asked

Is there really no commission at all?
None. You set the price of your tour and the guest pays exactly that. Ostrav adds nothing and takes nothing in between. Our only revenue is the monthly subscription.
If my subscription ends, are my tours deleted?
No. They are moved to drafts, so they leave the catalogue but keep their photos, descriptions, reviews and past bookings exactly as they were. They go back online the moment you choose a plan. And if a payment fails, your tours stay listed for another week — a guest with a tour tomorrow should not be affected.
Who collects the money from the guest?
You do. The booking comes through Ostrav, the agreement is between you and the guest, and you take the payment directly on the day of the tour. Ostrav never holds the guest's money at any point.
Does the guest see which company they are booking with?
Yes, from the very start. Your company name and logo appear on the tour card, the tour page, the booking screen and in emails to the guest. You also get your own company page, gathering your description, your listed tours and the reviews you have earned.
